ICS 2009-2010 Family Survey
Each year, the Community Relations Committee conducts a Family Survey as a way to see how the school is performing. Your comments provide important feedback, helping us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve. The survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is completely confidential. We welcome your open-ended comments and responses to any question in the comment sections.
Please complete one survey per family. The deadline for on-line and paper responses is April 21, 2010. Please send paper surveys in an envelope marked Board of Trustees – Parent Survey.
