New Building
January 2008 Update
You may have traveled by our new building site recently. If you did, you couldn’t help but notice the huge hole in the ground. This hole marks the location of our new addition. The addition will house classes, nine administrative offices, and three small reading classrooms. Right now, construction crews are pouring the concrete foundation and waterproofing the foundation walls to ensure a dry basement. Inside, other crews are running conduits for new electrical wires, pipes for new bathrooms, and making structural changes to accommodate our design.
What’s coming up?
By the end of January, the steel framing will be in place, allowing us to see the addition’s actual shape.
