Join us for an old-fashioned family carnival at the school on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 11am to 3pm.
Double Celebration: Independence Charter School’s 10 Year Anniversary and Durham School’s 100 Year Anniversary
Celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Independence Charter School and the 100-year anniversary of our home The Thomas Durham Elementary School. The anniversary celebration will be a year-long program and will include activities for families and community members. Keep an eye out for announcements regarding the particulars of these events: community forums, international film festival nights, student art showcases, global education programs, 1910-2010 history detectives club.
