Independence Charter School

Rosina S. Miller currently serves as Executive Director at The Philadelphia Center, an off-campus study program founded by the Great Lakes Colleges Association, where undergraduates spend a semester in Philadelphia taking classes and doing internships. Rosina holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Folklore and Folklife from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English from Temple University. One of the original founders of ICS, Rosina and her husband live in Queen Village with their two children, both of whom attend the Spanish Immersion program at ICS. Rosina has served in several positions on the Board and is currently the Treasurer.
