- Rebecca H. Baehr
- Rebecca H. Baehr is a founding member of the ICS Board. Rebecca is Chair of the Board of Trustees for the 2007-2008 year. She also served as Chair in 2004-2005. Rebecca has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Boston University, and a J.D. from The City University of New York. She lives in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters, who are enrolled in the Spanish Immersion Program at ICS. Rebecca has concentrated her legal practice in the area of families and children, and was a Staff Attorney at the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia. Rebecca has also worked as an attorney for Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Women Against Abuse Legal Center. Prior to obtaining her law degree Rebecca was employed as a Head Start teacher and a Child Welfare caseworker.
