Rebecca H. Baehr is a founding member of the Board of Trustees and has served in several capacities on the Board, including several terms as President. Rebecca is a Career Planning Specialist at the Rutgers School of Law. Rebecca has also worked as an attorney for Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Women Against Abuse Legal Center. Prior to obtaining her law degree Rebecca was employed as a Head Start teacher and a Child Welfare caseworker. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Boston University, and a J.D. from The City University of New York. She lives in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters, who are enrolled in the Spanish Immersion program at ICS.
