Nicole Perkins Kilcullen

Nicole Perkins Kilcullen originally hails from New York. After receiving both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, she began her career in Philadelphia as an associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and then at Duane Morris LLP, where she counseled and represented high net worth individuals, financial institutions and fiduciaries with respect to estate and trust matters, related taxation issues, asset valuation and orphans’ court litigation. Nicole opened her own private practice in 2004 and focuses on representing families, individuals and small business owners with respect to estate planning, business succession planning, deed matters, prenuptial matters, estate administration, probate and Orphans’ Court matters. She has given lectures and written articles in the area of estate planning and has served as the Content Consultant for the Pennsylvania Law Encyclopedia, published by LexisNexis. Prior to law school, Nicole managed her family owned restaurant, Perk’s, in Harlem, New York. She is the President of the Starr Garden Recreation Volunteer Association, a Philadelphia neighborhood association she founded in 2004 to help revitalize the Nation’s first municipal park and first black owned and founded municipal park. Nicole lives in Philadelphia with her children who attend ICS.
