Naomi Wyatt joined the ICS board in July 2010. Naomi has an undergraduate degree in English from Yale and a law degree from the University of Colorado. Between college and law school Naomi spent two years teaching English in Mississippi as a member of the 1995 Teach for America corps. Naomi practiced law from 2000-2006 in San Francisco and Philadelphia and then joined Governor Rendell's administration in January 2006. While at the Commonwealth, Naomi served as the Director of the Office of Management and Productivity, as the Deputy Secretary for Human Resources and from August 2007-July 2010 as the Secretary of Administration. In that position Naomi was responsible for all HR and IT policies and programs for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As Secretary of Administration Naomi was also the secretary/president of the Pennsylvania Employee Benefits Trust Fund - the entity that administers the healthcare benefits for all current and retired state employees. Currently Naomi vice president for business development with Electronic Ink. Naomi lives in Washington Square and enjoys running, reading and cooking.
