Derrick Johnson is a Director of Marketing for UPS, responsible for developing marketing strategies, growth initiatives by identifying market trends, customer needs and competitive solutions for UPS in the Chesapeake District (Metro Philadelphia, South New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia). Mr. Johnson joined UPS in December of 2001. During his tenure with UPS he has worked for e-Ventures where he was responsible for Partnerships and Alliances for the e-Ventures. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was responsible for product development / management, sales force management and developing marketing strategies for Supply Chain Risk Solutions at UPS Capital. Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He also obtained a Masters of Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He joined the ICS Board of Trustees in 2010.
